I have Mike scheduled to come to my house in a few days. He's going to test the air quality and see if there's a concerning amount mold. He was extremely professional on the phone, so far so good. I'll update this review after working with him.
Mike came out to my home and installed Remi halo purifier on my new air conditioner unit. With a Exceptional job, very professional and took time to explain how purifier would benefit our family. Highly recommend his services.

Even from my initial phone call, I was immediately impressed by his level of expertise, but even more so by his level of concern and willingness to take time on the spot to educate me and thoroughly explain how he could assist me. He previewed the home and more than impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the toxins and molds and other potential microbes affecting my home. The Green Detectives came into my home when the insurance company wouldn't share the results with me. I was very sick. Mike is beyond knowledgeable about the toxins and microbes involved. He was fantastic. He did his inspection and he got right back to me. He also told me that I needed to get out of there. I have multiple sclerosis and my immune system is weak. Federated National knew this and for over a month kept the results from me. My pets got sick as well. If it wasn't for mike I would not have made it through. If there were a silver lining to our horrible mold experience, it would be meeting Mike. You will not find better than him. He is a true gem of knowledge with a big heart. Mike has helped to save my life -- literally. I had suspected mold for a month or so and was in hospital with pneumonia for a week right after Thanksgiving. Until I can find a new place to live I am not staying in the condo as owner is not cooperating. Only here an hour or so a day to work on computer. And I am going to have him check next place before I sign lease.
Mike was excellent. Drove 40 miles to see me. Very informative. Produced all the evidence that I needed that Mold was invasive and dangerous to my health. Provided lab and written reports. So don't bother looking any further. He is the BEST.
They helped find the mold right off he knew i had little money and said let's not waist any money let's just go for the specimen and boy he knew right where to go and found two kinds of black mold..then he even heped prepare me to go an talk to the manager of my apartment people..He still calls and sees how are things going ..hire him i have three more people in my complex who are..

I called Michael because I was worried about the air quality of our home. He was very prompt and genuinely worried about our my family. If you have any doubt that you may have a mold, lead, asbestos, etc PLEASE call him. He is compassionate, experienced, and he cares about you and your family. This is the guy you need! The customer service is excellent. He took us under his wing and lead us to a better sitiation. I'm thankful I called him. Couldn't have had a better business help us.

Responded immediately after request. Very knowledgeable. Listened to all the specifics of the issue as we experienced it including cleanup measures taken to that point. Provided answers to all our issue related questions. Explained the process. Provided comparisons, etc. Checked the system thoroughly. Suggested hardware to resolve problems no matter the results of the air testing. Viewed the mold with him and he provided his level of concern and whether remediation should be considered. Subsequent remediation and equipment suggestions were made with our routine hvac company. Could not ask for more.

I had tight timeline to work within and for $25 more Green Detectives was able to perform service, send overnight to lab and get the report information I needed. Michael provided commentary and scientific link information that also helped me move forward with the project. He stayed in touch with follow-up interaction too. Michael was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he goes above and beyond what is asked. He came out to fix a mold problem forming on our window sills. He fixed the situation and then informed us the windows are defective. He helped us in dealing with the manufacturer's warranty issue and has offered to accompany us to small claims court if they wont provide a satisfactory resolution. To top it off, we found out that Michael does more than windows and leaks, so we ended up having him install a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal for us. It all works great and looks beautiful. We would definitely recommend him!
It is a shame that the best rating I can give is 5 stars. If there were 10 stars possible, I'd give this guy 11....he's that good! He's fast, cost effective, expert, and congenial. He did some drywall and some plumbing for me. I will use him again for my next projects. I've also provided his name to all my neighbors......and I don't do that lightly!
Michael was so great. He came out to our house right away and gave us great advice. He even took the time to do some research and email us a bunch of links on how mold can affect fibromyalgia, which my husband was diagnosed with. I'd definitely suggest him to anyone who thinks they may have a mold problem.

It was great having a pro like Michael work on my project. Had a few doorways that I wanted to have doors and mouldings installed, and despite some unevenly cut doorways or slightly unlevel ground, he was still able to get them in and looking very professional and well done. Certainly met and even exceeded my expectations. Very personable and engaging as well!
I was surprised at the quick response to my request and pleased with his work and the information he provided. He went beyond just putting the fan in and included 2 extra visits to finish up the ceiling repair and paint.the whole ceiling.
